Hey It's ME!

Let me introduce myself! First of all, thank you for taking the time to read and check out my blog. I'm so glad you're here! I hope you find a sense of "realness" and "encouragement" over here. So, back to the introduction. My name is Bridget and I have been married for 22 years and have 4 kids. (Feels like 25 most of the time but, ya know.) I am passionate about helping others live an overall healthy lifestyle using the LEAN method. Lifestyle-Exercise-Attitude-Nutrition. I believe in teaching you how to make small changes to create new healthy habits so that you can be the best version of yourself. Self care is not selfish. I believe that one of the best changes you can implement today is changing your mindset. Taking your thoughts captive like the Bible teaches will drastically change your attitude and mood. Focus on the good, be thankful for the small things, find the silver lining, and watch what happens.
