Hey y'all! I have been reading so much about how nature has the best health benefits. I highly recommend finding some friends and getting outside.
The evidence for the benefits of nature on mental and physical health are numerous. Spending time in nature not only reduces blood pressure, anxiety, and increase happiness, it reduces aggression, ADHD, improves pain control, and the immune system. There are new studies and information regarding how important it is to add this to your lifestyle, coming out all the time. The weather here in ole' Texas is so nice this time of year. I am sure you aren't far from a state park, make it a family affair or a girls day out instead of a girls night out. Your mind and body will love ya for it.
