I offer a variety of services and the positive reinforcement you need so that you can concentrate on reaching all of your health and wellness goals.

This isn't a space for "counting and “dieting.” We will work together to find new favorite foods that fuel your body.

Holy Yoga

Every Friday Morning you are invited to join my class as we stretch and focus our intentions on God’s word.

Teaching you how to change the way you think about food, movement, and growth as a person. We’ll figure out wether you are in a growth mindset or a fixed mindset.  I’ll go over some practices that will unleash your potential.

my coaching includes

  • 1:1 calls over the course of whichever program you choose to guide your unique process

  • Accountability. You have my support even through the really hard parts. Me, with you, for 100% of the process, every step of the way. You have access to email and text support with me 24/7 for the duration of your program.

  • We'll discuss a way to incorporate healthier meals your family will love. You crave what you eat. I will educate you on foods that will heal you from the inside out.

  • 1 hour per week of holy yoga focusing on stretching and breath work to reduce stress and give your body all the love it needs.

  • Joy-filled sessions that welcome you as you are, where you are, no matter who you are.
