3 Ingredient Macaroons

I don't know about y'all but I have had a major quarantine sweet tooth. Is that a thing? I am making it one, if not. I have been searching for a healthier option so I can still zip my pants when this thing ends. I can't wear leggings forever. These are pretty tasty and I don't feel the least bit guilty for indulging on these puppies. There are 3 ingredients and they take about 15-20 minutes to make.

INGREDIENTS:

2 BANANAS AND 1 1/4 CUP OF MACAROON COCONUT,

MELTED CHOCOLATE. DARK OR I USE THESE.

DIRECTIONS: 1. Peel and mash the bananas. 2. mix coconut with mashed bananas. Using your hands is easiest. 3. Roll a spoonful in your hand to make a ball, then flatten. 4. Bake on 350 for 15 minutes. 5. Let cool while melting chocolate. 6. Dip cooled macaroons in chocolate and place on a greaseproof paper to cool.

They taste exactly like you'd think. (bananas, coconut, and chocolate.) So, go wild! Make something you can look forward to snacking on while you watch the 100th movie this month. Did I even tell you that these are gluten and dairy free (if you use the chocolate chips that I did.) I hope y'all are really hangin in there!! We've got this!
