Good question friends! I felt like I was spinning my wheels for a bit and needed to re-group. I will try to update and share in this space at least once a week.
One really fun habit I have started is grounding in the morning. I get outside barefoot, hopefully in the sun, and walk around in the quiet, listening to the birds or soft music. It is a great way to start your day!!
Grounding or earthing is a therapeutic technique that focuses on realigning your electrical energy by reconnecting to the earth. It has been shown to help with a bunch of health issues. It reduces inflammation, reduces pain, and improves sleep too.
