Here is a quick work out for ya. You can do this at home or at the gym. Just DO IT!

80 jumping jacks

20 push ups (knees if needed)

40 sit ups

50 squats (take your time, rest if needed)

20 lunges per leg

60 second wall sit

(If this isn't challenging enough, try running through this a few times.)

Here are some cool facts and benefits of exercise:

1. Exercise boosts brainpower - it increases energy levels and increases serotonin in the brain, which leads to mental clarity.

2.Movement melts away stress - exercise produces a relaxation response that serves as a positive distraction. It elevates your mood and keeps depression at bay.

3. Exercise gives you energy - just doing even a 30 minute work out in the morning can change your whole day! When endorphins are released into the bloodstream, you feel more energetic for the rest of the day.
